This report provides an overview of Phase 1 and 2 of the Industry Development Plan process. In Phase 1, an inventory of manufacturing and technology businesses was created for the region.  Building upon this, Phase 2 incorporates in-depth interviews of industry and community stakeholders, best practices research, the development of strategy and a regional Industry Development Plan for the manufacturing and technology sector.
