This report states that its purpose is to; establish community based priorities for recreation and leisure facilities and services, provide a framework for making decisions based upon public needs, priorities and the resource capabilities of the Town of Creston, a defined portion of Area A and Areas B and C, and  recommend an approach, design, costs and strategy to upgrade and improve the Creston and District Community Complex in line with the needs and priorities of District residents.
