Literature based report on the State of the Basin Initiative including outline of indicator models used, research framework and information products, tools, and support. The report defines culture, cultural well-being, and measures/indicators that can be used to establish performance metrics and mapping applications to assist in how culture of the Columbia Basin relates to overall health, to collective beliefs and values, and to the roles people play in building and nurturing vibrant communities.
