The Eastshore community is entrepreneurial and creative. The feasibility study builds on that capacity and culture. Having established the organi- zational structure and identified opportunities, our priority for this study was to determine the economic viability of additional local food business- es. How do we add income to individuals and families, create a support- ive culture for a more localized food system and contribute to building a resilient Eastshore economy?
