The RDI is pleased to release a new report on integrated community sustainability planning in the Basin-Boundary region. The report provides a background on the planning approach and analyzes the process and content associated with plans developed by ten Basin-Boundary communities. The report is a valuable resource for the region, as it can help inform many communities' attempts to work with their neighbours to implement a collaborative approach to solving sustainability problems. The report will also provide important guidance to the RDI's research programs, which aim to address the types of common challenges that impede efforts to move toward greater regional sustainability or well-being.
