The purpose of this document is provide information related to the structure and function of the Columbia Basin Rural Development Institute (RDI) to ensure Selkirk College and RDI staff, CBT staff, advisors, partners and communities have a clear understanding of the RDI and the scope of its activities.  It is a living document and will be updated regularly as required.
